Mining, resources and project work runs up the valley, and so do our trucks. We furnish houses for crews and transfers in Cessnock, Singleton, Muswellbrook and the towns between, on a monthly account.
Built for crews and rotations
A house for a project team needs to be ready on the date the crew arrives and gone the week after they leave. We book the collection when we book the delivery, invoice monthly to the company, and work to purchase orders where you need them. Our Corporate & Project package is the usual starting point: three bedrooms, living and dining, full white goods, TV and a workspace.
How far up the valley we go
Cessnock, Kurri Kurri and Branxton are inside our standard service area with delivery and pickup included. Singleton and Muswellbrook are regular runs; Scone and beyond are inside our 150 kilometre range and we quote any delivery fee with the package so there are no surprises. Setups in the valley usually take a day or two longer than a Newcastle job, and we tell you the date up front.

What does delivery cost?
Delivery and pickup are included across our standard service area — Newcastle, the Hunter and the Central Coast, up to about 150 kilometres from our Warabrook base. Further out, we quote a delivery fee with the package, so you see the figure before you commit. Nothing gets added on afterwards.
How does payment work?
Payment's always in advance, and we set the rhythm to suit you. The standard is a monthly account; ADF personnel often prefer weekly. Businesses are usually invoiced (easy for a Pty Ltd), and personal hires run on direct debit or a card subscription. We sort the details on your quote.
Can you furnish a whole house?
Yes. From a single bedroom up to a full three or four-bedroom home, white goods included. The Whole Home and Corporate packages are built for exactly that.
What happens at the end?
We book a collection for when your posting or project wraps and take everything away. Need longer? Extend the hire by the week, no penalty.
