White goods are the part of a move that never fits in the car. We deliver fridges, washing machines and dryers across Newcastle and the Hunter, install them, and take them away at the end of the hire.
Appliances on their own, or with the furniture
Every package we hire comes with a fridge and a washing machine, and the larger ones add a dryer. If the house is already furnished and it is only the white goods you are missing, we hire those on their own too. Same terms: first month invoiced up front, then by the week for as long as you need them.
What we hire
Fridges and fridge-freezers sized for a single posting through to a family home. Front and top-loading washing machines. Condenser and vented dryers. Microwaves, kettles and toasters as part of a kitchen set. Televisions and entertainment units for corporate and project hires, where the allowance rules that govern ADF packages do not apply.
Everything is tested before it leaves Warabrook, delivered by our own crew and installed where it is going to live. If an appliance fails during the hire, tell us and we swap it.
A note for ADF members
PACMAN covers fridges and washing machines under the furniture allowance, and it does not cover TVs, computers or gaming consoles. We build defence packages to those rules so the quote matches what your allowance will pay for. If you want a TV alongside the covered items, we will price it separately so the paperwork stays clean.

How quickly can you deliver?
Most setups are done within 48 hours of confirmation. Tight timeframe? Tell us the date and we'll be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery and pickup are included across our standard service area — Newcastle, the Hunter and the Central Coast, up to about 150 kilometres from our Warabrook base. Further out, we quote a delivery fee with the package, so you see the figure before you commit. Nothing gets added on afterwards.
Can I add or swap items after I move in?
Adding items is easy. Send us a note, we'll quote the extra and book a run, usually within 48 hours. Swaps we'd rather avoid once everything's in place, but if something isn't working for you, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Who's responsible for the furniture during the hire?
It's in your care while it's in the home. Fair wear and tear is expected; anything beyond that is the hirer's responsibility, same as any hire agreement. We check the condition together at delivery and again at collection, and it's all spelled out in your contract.
