How we're different
We learned the rules so our clients don't have to.
Plenty of companies will rent you a couch. Far fewer understand a defence housing allowance, what PACMAN does and doesn’t cover, or how a monthly account works for a project team. That's the gap HHG was built for.
We know what an ADF posting needs, and we know how fast a mining placement has to be up and running. We quote to what you can claim or budget, set it up on the date we arranged, and take it back when the job wraps up.

HHG runs out of a furniture and appliance hire family with close to twenty years across the broader trade. We took that experience and pointed it at one job: B2B and defence hire across Newcastle and the Hunter, done properly, with none of the consumer-leasing fine print.
How we work
Phone first, paperwork light, dates you can hold us to.
The first conversation is usually a phone call, because it's faster to work out what you need that way. Once we've agreed the list and the term, it goes in writing so both sides are clear. Then we deliver, set up, and book the collection in for the end.
We'd rather tell you upfront how hire actually works than sort out a misunderstanding later. If something won't fit, or an allowance won't cover it, you'll hear that before you commit.
