Furnished houses for project teams and transfers, on one monthly account.
A furnished house stands up faster and costs less than a block of serviced apartments, and it feels like somewhere to live rather than somewhere to stay. We set them up across Newcastle and the Hunter for companies placing people for months at a time.

The third way for corporate housing
Companies placing a team here usually do one of two things: buy everything and sell it at a loss when the project ends, or pay serviced-apartment rates for accommodation that was never really theirs. Hiring is the third option. Lease a house, we furnish it end to end, you pay for the months you need it, and we take it all away when the contract closes.
Built for shared houses and families
Our Corporate & Project package is a full three-bedroom furnish: beds and storage in every room, living and dining for a shared house or a relocating family, fridge, washer and dryer, TV and entertainment, and a workspace if the team works from home. Start there and adjust. A second fridge for a site office, a fourth bedroom, or two rooms instead of four.
Monthly account, light paperwork, dates you can hold us to
Corporate, mining, government and insurance hires run on approved account terms and are invoiced monthly, which is straightforward for a Pty Ltd. We work to purchase orders where you need them. Setups are usually done within 48 hours of confirmation; project work up the Hunter Valley is a regular run for us, and the end-of-term collection is booked when the hire starts so nothing is left behind when the crew moves on.

The questions we get asked here.
How does payment work?
Payment's always in advance, and we set the rhythm to suit you. The standard is a monthly account; ADF personnel often prefer weekly. Businesses are usually invoiced (easy for a Pty Ltd), and personal hires run on direct debit or a card subscription. We sort the details on your quote.
Can you furnish a whole house?
Yes. From a single bedroom up to a full three or four-bedroom home, white goods included. The Whole Home and Corporate packages are built for exactly that.
What if I need to end the hire early?
We can work with it. If you've taken a longer term and your plans change — say a twelve-month hire that wraps at six — talk to us. Any cost for ending early is set out in your contract before you sign, so there are no surprises. The earlier you tell us, the easier it is.
What happens at the end?
We book a collection for when your posting or project wraps and take everything away. Need longer? Extend the hire by the week, no penalty.
