Most people setting up a home here for a posting or a project do one of two things. They buy everything, then sell it at a loss when it ends. Or they pay serviced-apartment rates for a place that was never really theirs.
Hiring is the third option. The house gets set up properly, you pay for the time you actually need it — a few months or a couple of years — and we take it all away at the end.

Most hire companies don't know what your furniture allowance covers. We do. We build every ADF package to PACMAN from the start, so what we quote is what your allowance covers. Nothing on the list that shouldn't be there, and nothing that gets knocked back.

We deliver across Newcastle and out to about 150 kilometres. Most ADF setups land within 25 kilometres of Williamtown. Mining and project work runs up the Hunter Valley. Not sure if you're in range? Send the address and we'll tell you on the spot.

We know PACMAN regulations. We know what a 48-hour turnaround actually takes. We deliver across the Hunter ourselves, from a base in Warabrook, with no national call centre and no subcontracted runs. When the contract ends, we collect.
